Closer to 100 percent is almost not a possibility

News / 3 December, 2015

When a client books transportation with InterEast they receive a personal forwarder who takes charge of delivery from start to finish. This forwarder also works closely with a college on the other end.

– This way we can always give the client a fast and precise answer, regardless of where the transport is located in Sweden, Turkey or Romania. We have a unique precision in our deliveries because we take full responsibility and always work from the basis of the client’s wishes, says Oscar Törnqvist, COO and co-owner of InterEast.

One of the first tasks at hand when a transport is booked is to calculate the arrival time. This calculation is later used for comparison when the goods actually arrive. At InterEast the initially calculated time is correct in 97 percent of the cases, which is a big contributing factor to their high customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships.

– As we have worked with terminals and stations along transportation routes for more than 20 years we have been able to develop a smooth and well-functioning system. We can always offer high delivery accuracy and good service, adds Oscar Törnqvist.
