InterEast welcomes new COO

Transport and logistics company InterEast has made a significant addition to its leadership team with the appointment of Marcus Fagerlund as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

With years of experience and a proven track record in the industry, Marcus brings invaluable skills and expertise to his new role as COO. In his previous role as Head of Operations at InterEast, he played a crucial role in developing long-term strategies and improving processes, making him the ideal candidate to lead InterEast’s organizational and product development.

Prior to joining InterEast, Marcus held the position of Terminal Operations Process Specialist at Schenker and has demonstrated a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for driving results. He will continue to build on this foundation in his new role as COO, where he will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring that InterEast delivers exceptional service to its clients and stakeholders.

I will tackle the challenges ahead with humility and great confidence as we form a team that brings out the best in each other.

Marcus will work closely with InterEast’s senior leadership team to take the company to the next level and position it for long-term success in a rapidly changing, increasingly digital transport industry.
